Oilseed pretreatment and pressing plant

Rapeseed (soybean) → vibrating screen → stone remover → magnetic separator → crusher → embryo rolling machine → steaming and frying pan

Rapeseed (soybean) is transported from the silo to the pre-pressing workshop through a scraper and an elevator, and then sent to a cleaning screen for cleaning to remove large and small impurities, and then sent to a stone remover to remove stone impurities of similar size to the material, and then to a magnetic separator to remove ferromagnetic impurities, and then sent to a crusher through a conveying device. After the soybeans are crushed by the crusher, they are sent to the flaking machine by a conveying device. The flaking machine rolls the rapeseed (soybean) into thin slices to facilitate the next steaming and frying process. During the steaming and frying process, the temperature and moisture of the material are adjusted by heating and humidification to make the material suitable for pressing, and then enter the pre-pressing process. In the screw pre-pressing machine, the material is gradually pressurized by the action of the pressing screw and the screw cage, so that the oil is squeezed out of the material. After the crude oil containing residue is precipitated in the oil tank, it is pumped into a leaf filter for filtration. The obtained crude oil is pumped into a crude oil temporary storage box and sent to the refining workshop for refining. The filtered oil residue is sent back to the oil press for re-pressing, and the pressed cake is transported to the leaching workshop.

Cleaning process:

High-efficiency vibrating screen and new gravity stone remover are used to remove various impurities.

Crushing process:

The double-roll crusher has high crushing efficiency and good effect.

Rolling process:

The calender uses a double-roll calender to calend rapeseed (soybean) of a certain particle size into thin sheets to facilitate steaming, frying and pressing.

Steaming and frying process:

Use a vertical steam-frying pan for steaming and frying to make the raw materials moist, heated, and steamed, which is more suitable for pressing.

Pre-pressing process:

The most mature and advanced spiral pre-pressing machine in China has been used, and good results have been achieved in rapeseed (soybean) oil pressing. It has strong adaptability to oil materials, stable equipment operation and high efficiency.

Crude oil filtration process:

The crude oil is first separated from the coarse oil residue by an oil clarifier, and then the fine residue in the crude oil is filtered out by a vertical leaf filter to facilitate subsequent refining.
